Jay Chung CPA*

Jay Chung is a Partner in the Assurance Services group of the Firm’s Orange County office. He has nearly 20 years of professional experience working with private and publicly-held companies. Mr. Chung possesses considerable expertise helping clients in a wide range of industries including consumer and industrial products, retail, business services, construction and engineering, media, alternative investments and healthcare.

Mr. Chung leads the Firm’s West Coast Transaction Services Practice group where he assists middle-market private equity firms; and corporate buyers/sellers and their lenders with pre-acquisition due diligence including quality of earnings, assessment of pro-forma working capital, and structuring of purchase price mechanisms.

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Chung was a Partner with a large regional Orange County-based accounting practice. He began his public accounting career with a “Big 4” firm in its Assurance and Financial Advisory Services groups.
